Exchange and Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order from The Labrador Company, or you would like to exchange the product, we will be happy to exchange it or refund you within 14 days of purchase/receipt providing the items are undamaged. (NB postage costs are not refunded unless the product is faulty). This does not effect your statutory rights. If you return an item for exchange or refund, please enclose a covering letter stating:
1. Your reasons for return
2. Where your item was purchased
3. A copy of your receipt where possible
4. Full contact details including postal address and daytime contact telephone number.

Fulfilment of Orders
The Labrador Company endeavour to fulfil every order in the shortest possible time (typically 3-4 working days where items are in stock at point of distribution. Where stocked out items are placed on back order the lead time may be longer. There may be some rare occasions where we face stock stortages through circumstances beyond our control. Should such circumstances aride, The Labrador Company reserve the right to extend the lead time for fulfilment or extend the back-order period where appropriate and within reason. This does not affect your right to cancel any order already placed and receive a full refund to the value of the cancelled order.

Taxes on overseas orders
EU Residents: Orders to residents of EU member states are subject to VAT at 15% (included in displayed prices).
Outside the EU: (including Channel Islands) Customers outside the EU are not charged the UK's Value Added Tax (VAT) but are responsible for the payment of any local applicable taxes including import duties which may be charged by your border and duty authority directly to you on delivery. These charges will vary depending on your country of residence and are usually based upon a percentage of your invoiced total. We cannot accept responsibility for these charges.
